A well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area opens out to a pleasant, north-facing entertaining area with outdoor setting, a new Weber BBQ on gas mains and a large market umbrella.
French doors throughout the house open to enjoy afternoon sea breezes and refreshing cross drafts.
4 comfortable and well-proportioned bedrooms are comprised of:

Two bathrooms, each with a stall shower (ie shower over a square bathtub for kids to enjoy) and toilet (second bathroom toilet is separate).
An Infinity hot water service provides an endless supply of hot water. Ducted gas heating is fast and effective, keeping the house cosy in cooler periods.
Separate living zone is simple, compact and includes a small kitchenette with sink, fridge and hot plates, eating and TV areas, leading out to a sunny patio area with outdoor setting. (note kitchenette otherwise utilises equipment from main kitchen). This space has its own entrance area and is ideal for extra guests as a private area to enjoy some quiet time.
Simple furnishings throughout make this an ideal, relaxing stay for the busy holiday maker.
