Average
There is a nice fire place for heating as the primary heating, but no fire wood at all given ,agent had advised that I was supplied just not good enough and in the last email explaining the the terms and conditions as to no clapping ,cheering singing as it's a quiet place come on that's a bit strict we did keep the noise to the minimum, for the price I payed for the weekend it was disappointing

Weekend away
Every year we take our mum away for a girls weekend for her birthday. The property was a great size where everyone had their own room, plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy the sunshine and open plan kitchen, living, dinning with more than enough sofas to lounge on. The only thing I would say is that the floor plan seemed a little dated (the tv was in a cupboard on the ground, which made it tricky to watch movies in the evening and there seemed a lot of dead space) and the kitchen cupboards and stove top may need a refresh, but it was perfect for our weekend and to spend time with family.

It's the little things
The property was perfectly located for our weekend. We found that the parking was very tight given we had 3 vehicles at the property so you may want to consider car pooling so as to only take one or two cars. The only heating is the open fire which was fine but for our 3 night stay only 4 pieces of wood were supplied - not even enough for one night. It would have been nice if the fire was set for when we arrived late on our first night. We also would have liked to been provided with basics like tea, coffee and a little milk on our arrival. Inside rubbish bins weren't lined and outside rubbish bins were full. We enjoyed our stay at Binyara but expected a little bit more.
