With Shoal Bay beach nearly at your doorstep you will be able to paddle board, kayak, swim or cast your fishing line out to catch the night’s dinner - the choice is yours. Resthaven will provide you with all the space and privacy you need to have a great and memorable Port Stephens getaway.

Resthaven is a two level, three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with two open plan living areas, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, so login to your Netflix or Stan account and watch the latest movies on the connected Smart TV.
Upstairs features the open plan main living/ dining area is located upstairs, it has a huge 65” Smart TV, split system air conditioner and opens out onto the balcony with alfresco dining facilities. The kitchen has stone benchtops, dishwasher, electric cook top, microwave, oven, large family size fridge/freezer and an Aldi pod coffee machine (don't forget to bring your favourite pods or you can buy more locally at the local Aldi store). The main bedroom and ensuite are also located upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to let the natural sea breeze flow through.

Downstairs is the second and third bedrooms, they both have split system air conditioners with the second room also having a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is also on this level, it has the convenience of a full-size bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The second living area is also downstairs, it has a large Smart TV and access to an undercover entertaining courtyard area with a Weber gas BBQ and sunlounges.
The is a fully equipped internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer plus the property provides for two off street car spaces for small vehicles.

Resthaven is conveniently located, wake up in the morning, take a short stroll down to get the paper and enjoy a coffee overlooking the beautiful Shoal Bay beach. Perfect for the kids to play or throw a line on the wharf, go for a paddle, climb Tomaree Mountain to see the amazing views of Port Stephens, or go for a walk or ride along the Shoal Bay to Final Bay track.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, close to Shoal Bay Beach, as well as shops and restaurants. The dryer was unfortunately out of order during our stay, and although a technician attended, it could not be repaired at the time. We raised a few concerns with the managing agent and appreciated their prompt and professional response.

Shoal bay experience

We were extremely happy with the property. It was spacious, well appointed, clean and very close to the beach and shops. The only small feedback i have is that it would be helpful to have access to the garage but that is in no way a deal breaker. We will definitely be applying to stay at the property again.

Great location.

We are Shoal Bay fans and stay at Shoal Bay annually for our family holiday. The house was neat and tidy and perfect size for our family stay. There are two things that need to be updated. The convection cooktop turns off when you move a pan and makes cooking a little frustrating; And the dishwasher is not secured in a cabinet so the bottom drawer falls out then open the door. These things need to looked at.

Location and size!

This house is a block back from Shoal Bay beach. A short walk down brings you to beautiful bay. The house itself was a good size for a family and infant. It included a child safe gate and high chair which we appreciated. The air-con in the main room wasn't working when we arrived however the property manager was great at trying to solve this problem for us. We had to hire own linen and there wasn't much in terms of (washing powder, dishwashing detergent, soaps and toilet paper). We would be back and do recommended this property to others.
