Hi SaDaka, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We attempted to fix the slow drip in the master bedroom tub with our handyman, but was unable to due to the unique hardware. A plumber has been scheduled to repair it- While it might seem like the property extends to the next fence, the lot next to the home is not part of our property. We’ve filed complaints with the city to ensure the neighboring lot is mowed and maintained- We acknowledge that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom may have accumulated some dust over the summer while running to help distribute the A/C. We’ll ensure it's thoroughly cleaned moving forward- We encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stayThank you for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

These products can leave a film behind as opposed to more harsher chemicals. We will address your concerns with the team thatcleaned prior to your stay to alleviate any future issues. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the dishes from the previous guest. Our cleaning team does their best to ensure everything is in top-notch condition, but sometimes it can be challenging to spot if a dish was not up to our standards and got placed back in a cabinet. As to the vents, we will have them checked right away, and we are sorry we weren't alerted to this during your stay for an immediate remedy. Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
