Bright and beachy decor with all the comforts of home including full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, 2 TVs, 1 DVD and WiFi. Sea Colony is a full-service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00per person per week-not optional)

Sea colony complex is great. Pools, tennis, beach etc. Outside property, promenade etc is very clean and well maintained. Condo was . Hasn't been refreshed or updated in a long time.subpar

Balcony Life!

First time to Sea Colony. Huge complex. Surprisingly quiet given the size. Big gym and pools are across the highway. There are shuttles running or you can walk/bike. The unit is stripped down version of the normal beach rental. There is a DVD/VHS player, but there are no movies. No scissors, board games, books, small tool kit. Nothing. The stars of the rental are 1) the RENTAL AGENT, Diane Anderson at Long & Foster who actually answers her phone and is helpful, kind, and patient; and 2) the balcony/view. There is no fireplace (as advertised). We didn't care but others may. We would definitely go back.
