This low maintenance holiday home, set behind a tall front fence, gives you privacy in a quiet street. The property features a solar heated swimming pool set in a landscaped garden. You can relax and unwind in your own private outdoor undercover area with BBQ and dining table and overhanging fairy lights, overlooking the pool.

The living room has a large TV with Netflix, which leads to the dining table for 8 people and kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is one bathroom, with a shower, bath and a separate toilet. There is also free WiFi.
The property has a split system air conditioner/heater in the dining area and this flows through the house. There is also ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and strip heaters in all bedrooms.

The garage that has been transformed into a games room, with a pool table, bar fridge, large TV with Netflix (no free to air TV channels), a Playstation 4 and a separate toilet.

The property is set on a large block and has ample space for kids to run around and also a long driveway for boat/jet ski parking.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the closest strip of shops (great for a coffee, bottle shop or a pizza), a 5 minute drive to the back beach and an 8 minute drive to the front beach or to the Peninsula Hot Springs.

The property is fully fenced and your well trained dog is permitted (upon application).

Master bedroom - queen sized bed, BIR, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, direct access to shared bathroom

2nd bedroom - queen sized bed, ceiling fan, BIR

3rd bedroom - double bed with a single trundle bed, BIR

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).
