A unique highlight of the home is the spiral staircase leading to the first floor, which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a separate living area—ideal for added privacy and flexibility. The main living area, kitchen, and dining space are located on the top level, offering an open layout perfect for gathering together.
Recent updates include a newer roof, circuit breaker, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and Trex decking on the dock. Guests can enjoy canalfront living with a shared walkway leading to the dock, perfect for relaxing by the water.
This home is ideally located in Holden Beach, just steps from the beach access and general store, and within close proximity to local shops and attractions. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, both gas and charcoal grills, and a picnic table. Unwind on the covered deck while taking in peaceful views of the canal waterway.
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
