The property was wonderful. Even before arriving, I received a courtesy call to let me know our place was ready. Checkin was a breeze and we were in the beach within the hour. Everything is in good condition and the bed was comfortable. This was a great place to stay for a few days!
Our condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the location in proximity to the beach was fantastic. For anyone considering booking this condo it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so definitely not great for handicapped or elderly unable to easily do stairs. Also sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed in a bedroom and 2 pull out couches. This wasn't an issue for us because we had more kids than adults and they certainly didn't care where they slept. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Overall a wonderful stay.

Some good some bad…
Unit looks like the photos however a bit more worn. The kitchen is only minimally equipped without a garbage disposal, with a clogged sink when we arrived. Property manager did get someone out to fix quickly at least however the sink was pretty dirty looking. Considering there is no dishwasher we didn’t feel we could set anything clean in it or fill it to do dishes. Beds were very hard and definitely NOT comfy as others had said. Shower head was terrible. Location right on the beach was excellent. Three flights of stairs to the unit were narrow and not great with suitcases and an ice chest.
I don't generally write reviews but when I found this place, there weren't any reviews. So, in order to be helpful, I thought I'd leave one. It was clean, well-decorated, and a perfect location for us. The walk-up 3rd floor was a challenge, but we were well aware that was the case. The sofa bed mattress wasn't the greatest, but we made it work. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied and we had a great trip! Overall, a very nice place.

Non-Smokers Beware!
Super disappointed. Tenants can smoke in front of the units. So every time we wanted to leave we had to pass through people smoking. Buckets, provided by the units, of cigarette butts in front of each unit. We couldn’t leave our windows or sliding door open because most of the neighbors smoked. The closed hallways were extra gross due to the constant stagnant stale smoke smell. The unit was dated but well decorated . Our stove broke the first night and wasn’t fixed until the third night. When the stove broke it blew the main fuse. I was guided over the phone by the manager to the main fuses for all of the units and told to find my unit and reset it. We weren’t offered a cent, in spite of the fact we booked a kitchen specifically so we could stay in for meals and save $. Lastly the fridge sounded like a diesel truck idling in the kitchen. I wish I could post the video I took. When checking out we weren’t asked about our stay. We will not stay there again.
