Great location from beach and shops.
Unit was very clean and felt welcoming.
The complimentary gifts were a pleasant surprise.
Recommend this with no hesitation
Cafes, beach and parklands close by. Pet friendly but the yard is very small with no grass. We loved having it as our base to explore the area. The surrounding units were quiet so it was a very peaceful area to stay.
Our stay was ideal for a short getaway. Amelia was wonderful to work with—she allowed us an early check-in and promptly sent us clear instructions. The location couldn’t have been better, right on Main Street in St. Leonards, just steps from the shops, cafes, and beach!
Very clean and inviting Unit.Great location: Coffee shops, IGA Supermarket and Hotel only 200M and Beach 300M.Comes with a great area to lock your pet up while you explore the area.
This is a small, simple property close to the beach & shops at St Leonards. It has been well maintained and was very clean. There were also a couple of unexpected bonuses in the fridge, and some fresh roses in a vase (that probably depends on the season!).
This is our second stay at this place. Like last time we enjoyed our stay. Good location. Place furnished with everything one needs. We loved it. The dog did too.
A wonderful cozy unit within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. The home was clean and well maintained with all necessary items for our long weekend stay. Communication was great and it was easy to find. The only downside was the parking which isn’t suitable for a large car but is totally out of the host’s control. Overall would recommend this stay for others due to its great upkeep, proximity to town and closeness to so many day trips. Thanks for having us for a wonderful memorable stay.
The Seadoc one bedroom unit was a hop, skip & jump away from the beach & the bustling heart of St Leonards.
It’s very compact, tidy & low maintenance so felt very welcome there after a beach day with sandy toes. The fenced courtyard was nice for cuppas & drinks.
All basics were there including milk & coffee beans & we even had champagne & chocolates in the fridge for us, plus fresh flowers. There were soaps & laundry powder too, so it was very well stocked which we’ve found is rare! These little extras all added up for a very “easy” stay.
It was the perfect base for us, plus our 2 Cavoodles to explore the area.
The host was so prompt in all responses.
5 stars from us!
The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything you need.
The complimentary bottle of bubbles and extremely large Toblerone was an unexpected pleasure.
The bed was comfortable and bathroom excellent.
The outside very private space was clean, with a large picnic table. The concrete ground was lovely and our border collie cross did not bring in mud or debris from his paws and could sit outside safely.
There is a large sports ground across the road for our dog to burn off some energy and do his bussiness. There is a large dumpster bin to put the deposit in.
Its a few minutes walk to the shops, IGA and beach, with a peir walk and a cute little kiosk for snacks and ice-cream.
An extremely dog friendly place and our pup enjoyed his brunch at the cafe and then fish and chips on the side walk for dinner.
The host was quick to respond to texts.
The only improvement would be the availabilty of wifi ( happy to pay to use)
Long awaited for weekend away.
We took Poppy our Hungarian Vizla for wonderful walks by the water, fishing even got our paws wet at the beach!
Overall, it was fantastic place to stay. Had everything we needed and close to the shops and parks for pre-bedtime walkies.
Fantastic location, comfy bed. Communication with owner exceptional, no hassles at all. My only comment would be that the yard is not really dog friendly, as it’s tiny with no grass. Besides that though, it was a great stay.
