Inclusive four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and outdoor sitting areas, all with expansive views of Western Port and Bass Strait. A short walk to the beach makes it a convenient location for a beach holiday.
The pool is solar heated and salt chlorinated; it does work all year. However, it only takes the current water temperature up for the day. So in the warmer weather, when the night temperatures are around 18 to 20 degrees, the solar heating will lift it to 26, 28, and 30 degrees very comfortably in the day.
