A kitchen with a Caesar stone bench top anchors a generous dining and living that spills forth to outdoor living and a front lawn with the warmth generated on more relaxed days by a wood fire that keeps the living and dining temperate as well. Enjoy sanctuary in the summertime and languid days spent at Honeysuckle Beach, a stroll away, or invest in the Peninsula lifestyle with plenty of options to live well beyond the everyday.

Inclusive four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and outdoor sitting areas, all with expansive views of Western Port and Bass Strait. A short walk to the beach makes it a convenient location for a beach holiday.

The pool is solar heated and salt chlorinated; it does work all year. However, it only takes the current water temperature up for the day. So in the warmer weather, when the night temperatures are around 18 to 20 degrees, the solar heating will lift it to 26, 28, and 30 degrees very comfortably in the day.

Amenities: Miele dishwasher, oven and steam oven, Fischer Paykel French door fridge, electric heating, electric hot water system, pedestal fans in each bedroom, wifi, gas bottle bbq is provided, Nespresso pod coffee machine, Tennis equipment: the owners suggest to bring your own.
