The Space:
Positioned in a private location within the exclusive and peaceful Sands Estate, this 4-bedroom villa is located within walking distance of stunning White's Beach and The Sands Golf Course and Restaurant. Resort style living, ideally oriented to capture the sunny aspect with a private deck, poolside position and lawn for the kids to play. Freedom to walk to and from the beach, and close enough to all of the fantastic attractions that Torquay has to offer.
The 2-storey layout is cleverly designed, with upstairs living and ground floor bedrooms. A central kitchen features bar stools to the brekky bar, quality Smeg appliances and a coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods provided). The dining table seats 8, with direct flow to the deck with a BBQ and outdoor setting for alfresco entertaining. Open up the windows and feel the natural breeze, plus ducted heating and cooling for climate control in any season.
Coastal décor creates an inviting and serene ambience, with comfortable lounges to settle in and use the wifi, watch TV (Netflix connectivity in main living) or read in the sitting room. There is even a small putting green downstairs with a kids golf set!
Head over the road to enjoy happy hour at the Clubhouse, or explore the many shopping villages in Torquay, from the nearby brand-new Torquay North shops (including Coles, Bakers Delight, liquor store, cafes and more), Torquay Village shops (including Coles supermarket), and Surf City Plaza for all the best surf brands - you’ll be living like a local in no time!
The 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, with all bedrooms located downstairs. All rooms are beautifully appointed with luxury white hotel quality sheets (not the colourful linen in pics) and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. The main King bedroom features a beautiful outlook to the pool, executive’s desk, walk-in robe and ensuite. Two more Queen bedrooms and a Twin King Single bedroom complete the layout. A central bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet (plus convenient powder room upstairs).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property, except the locked garage.
There is a key that is on the keyring with the house keys that gives you access to the pool and tennis court, please note that there is a $50 fee if this key is lost.
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet townhouse estate neighbourhood. Families welcome, noise restrictions apply, pool/tennis court restrictions apply, please respect our neighbours at all times.
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite Whites Beach, just a 5minute stroll away. Torquay Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking 5mins drive away, and is patrolled in summer months.
Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nightjar Markets operate on Thursday nights through January, and are in walking distance.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 30mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, golf course, beach. Parking available in a single car space, plus 1 x visitor carpark adjacent (please don’t park in anyone else’s spot).
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
Other Things to Note:
Please bring your own racquets if you wish to use the tennis courts. Please note this property does not have a high chair or porta cot available.
