This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Fully remodeled kitchen with a large fenced yard for your fur baby. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath. Guest room has 2 twins and a rollaway is provided for an extra guest.
Located a mile from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and fishing Pier where there is a junior olympic size pool. handball courts, tennis courts and a beach on the Caloosahatchee.
Less than a 5 minute drive expereince downtown Cape Coral where there are plenty of dining options, entertainment and special events.
RSW airport and the gulf beaches justs a 30 minute drive. Pets accepted with a $150 pet fee.
