Aurora Cottage at Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve

Aurora is a studio cottage with a private landscaped garden and gorgeous views over the surrounding forest. Situated in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs at the high end of a lightly forested long and sloping 1-acre site (with two other small cottages on it) that backs onto the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, the cottage provides a relaxed and peaceful getaway.

The compact kitchenette contains all the essentials if you want to prepare your own meals, but the Daylesford/Hepburn Springs area has a well-deserved reputation for outstanding cafes and restaurants.

There is free WiFi and Netflix is included on the large smart TV.

The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa complex in the neighbouring Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve is a short walk down the road and offers a range of hot mineral water bathing and pampering spa treatments. There are also very many day spas within walking distance in Hepburn Springs village or a short drive to the neighbouring town of Daylesford.

We absolutely love living here in the Central Highlands of Victoria and know that you will enjoy exploring all that the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We were thrilled to be able to buy this exceptional site in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs in December 2021. There are three private cottages on this lightly forested 1-acre block that backs onto the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

What makes this property unique

The view of the landscaped gardens and the surrounding forests immediately makes you feel like you're in your own private sanctuary. Say hi to the kangaroos and echidnas that pass through regularly!
