Beautifully presented with ocean views from the huge top deck, this sunny and cheerful property offers light and bright living and kitchen, 3BRs and a secure backyard for the kids. Located a few minutes’ walk to the nearest park, it is also a gentle stroll along quiet streets to the creek reserve and beyond to the beach.

The Space:
Located in the seaside hamlet of Jan Juc, this home offers quintessential coastal living in an elevated position with distant ocean views. It features open plan living that flows to two separate large decks for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the northerly aspect out the front and take in the sea views over the treetops while relaxing with family and friends. Or, for a sheltered garden outlook, choose the rear deck that is private and sunny with an outdoor setting and BBQ.

Outdoors, the grounds are securely fenced and offer plenty of space for the kids to play, while ample undercover off-street parking gives you room to park the car and the boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by request only, plus an extra $50 cleaning fee. (No barking/not to be left home alone during your stay).

Coastal charm is imbued in every detail, from the timber-lined pitched ceilings and the freestanding log fire, to the big emphasis on outdoor living and extended views. The reverse cycle A/C keeps things comfortable all year round. The layout is designed to maximise every opportunity to be social and connected to one another, with a brekky bar for casual meals. Large windows and sliding doors frame the views, and the sea breeze flows through the home for natural ventilation on hot summer nights. The kitchen has quality appliances including electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, plus a Nespresso coffee machine.

Relax in the lounge room and watch movies (wifi and Netflix, Disney, Amazon connectivity) or do nothing and just enjoy the view. Families with children will enjoy the sunny backyard, and being close to parks, reserves, walking trails and the beach. Do as locals do, and go to Swell for your morning coffee and a bite to eat!

There are three generous bedrooms with ceiling fans and panel wall heaters, two enjoy a peek of the sea. The master room has a study nook (incl. screen) for work from home. All are beautifully appointed with white hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. A laundry (washing machine, no dryer) and family sized bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet are conveniently located.

Winter Getaway
Property is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Fireplace is cozy and perfect for a winter stay. About a 17 min walk to the local shops /cafe. Great backyard for dogs. Very secure. Bells beach only 10min drive. Would be a nice stay in summer.
