Very nice place to stay! Loved having my own parking space under the building so that no mater what I didn’t have to look for a place to park or go across the street! Some of the best restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very happy with my stay there. I enjoyed the convenience of the beach chairs, noodles and floaties near the pool, to be able to borrow and not have to purchase! I was glad to have checked in via email and had a packet ready for me in the lock box.

Loved everything about Gulf Gate, liked the security of key to enter lobby after hours and stairs, very well maintained pool area, unit was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and Publix. Kenji very helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back.

The unit was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances were all new and the kitchen was stocked up with all utensils and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The resort is very quiet and the pool area was quiet after 9 pm. We enjoyed the balcony, pool and beach. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit and used it a few times. The parking spot was covered so that was good to keep the car out of the sun all day.

Great location, facility more good then great

Access to the beach is great, not far from anything that you will need, so overall a very good location. The property itself is older, and in some area's shows it's age. There is one smallish pool that with just a couple families with kids gets pretty crowded. Room was spacious for 3 of us, with two baths being very handy. Kitchen was spacious and included enough pots, pans and dishes to cook. So technically the place checks all the boxes for necessities, I just found everthing to be older and just good enough to get by.
