The contemporary galley kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee pod machine for your convenience. The space flows seamlessly into the comfortable lounge area, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The home includes three elegantly furnished bedrooms: two with plush queen beds and one with a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The crisp all-white bathroom is a haven of relaxation, with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub.

Designed with accessibility in mind, Henderson House offers level access from the carport and throughout the house, ensuring ease of movement. Year-round comfort is assured with reverse-cycle air conditioning.

Step outside to the covered patio, where you can enjoy a large sofa and dining table overlooking the expansive terraced garden—ideal for alfresco dining with the gas BBQ. Modern entertainment options include a Smart TV with Google Chrome, keeping you connected and entertained.

FEES
• The base tariff includes 4 people, with additional guests charged an extra fee per person, per night.
• Pet Fees are $25 per pet, per night, payable separately after booking.
• Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.

PETS
• Dogs are charged at $25 per pet, per night, in addition to the reservation cost.
• Notify us if bringing dogs; payment request will follow.
• Dogs are not permitted inside.
• Outdoor dogs only.
• It is not advisable to bring dogs in winter.
• A dog kennel is available in the fenced backyard.
• Pets must not use furniture, beds, or linens.
• Bring your pet's own bedding, bowls, and poo bags.
• Clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours.
• A $60 charge will apply for any excrement left behind.
• Fines apply for breaches of these terms.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
• Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
• There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
• Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
•⁠ There is no dedicated EV port at the property. 
• Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply.

CLEANING FEE
• The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
• For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. 
• We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
• This property is exclusively for registered guests. 
• It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
• We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. 
• As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
• Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
• Balance & Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
• Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
• Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
• Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
• COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Home away from home.

Nice quiet place not far from everything. My only complaint is no place to dry your cloths. There was a line up the side of the house against a hedge no sun very damp area .
