Main Level: The updated kitchen features granite counters, a large island, and is fully equipped for your stay. The open living room offers breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the private patio with seating and gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining. A half bath is also located on this level.

Second Floor: The primary bedroom has a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath.

Third Floor: This level features a second bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and the washer/dryer for added convenience.

Loft & Rooftop: At the top, you’ll find an open loft area with a queen sleep sofa, access to the rooftop balcony, a few steps up is the third bedroom with two twin beds. The rooftop deck offers panoramic ocean views—perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying sunset cocktails.

Air conditioning units are located in the living room and all three bedrooms

The Yachtsman Condominiums are multi-level townhouses designed for comfort and relaxation, with private decks, stunning views, and a peaceful setting. Each unit is individually owned, and rules are strictly enforced to ensure a quiet, enjoyable vacation for all.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August; weekends only in June; closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have limited hours the last two weeks of August due to lifeguard availability. The decision regarding pool closures is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control.

"This was our first time staying at the Yachtsman—and we absolutely loved it! The unit was clean, spacious, and right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views. We spent hours relaxing on the deck, swimming in the water, and setting up our beach chairs just steps from the door. My husband and son especially enjoyed fishing off the nearby rocks. The beach was perfect for walking and never felt crowded, even on sunny days. I worked with Jennifer to book the unit and she was fantastic—super responsive and on top of every detail. On our first morning (a Sunday!), I let her know the coffee pot had a crack, and she went out of her way to bring us a brand new one without us even asking. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. We had such a great experience and will definitely stay at the Yachtsman again!

"We've been renting at the Yachtsman for many years and have sampled many different units. KDEVI not only had wonderful views and access to the beach but also was very generously outfitted with supplies necessary for a long stay. The kitchen is beautifully updated and all of the rooms were air conditioned which was a blessing during a hot week. Beach supplies were readily available in the outdoor closet and we enjoyed putting together two puzzles (and were amazed to find they had all of the pieces -- not what we usually find)! We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
