OPEN AND SPACIOUS - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Our condo is a bright and airy 2nd floor unit with 20 ft ceilings recently redecorated and refurnished. It is a short walk to the famous fountain park, downtown shopping and restaurants. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, expanded cable and wireless internet, while the adjoining dining room has seating for 6. The master suite has a king size bed with large walk in closet and the master bath has a separate vanity area. The guest room has a queen size bed with large closet. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the private balcony with patio set, grill and views of 4 peaks mountain range. Our condo has a heated pool and hot tub and also has a 1 car garage! Within a short drive are Saguaro Lake, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, spring training, casinos and many award winning golf courses. Fountain Hills boasts numerous fine restaurants and shopping areas.

Perfect getaway

The condo was very clean. The living room was comfortable with very high ceilings and sky lights (which were also in both bathrooms). The TV had great cable. Big balcony. The master bedroom was close to a busier road, but very little traffic at night. Kitchen was average; BBQ on the deck was handy. Great location.

The place overall was very good. The chairs at the pool were terrible. You could not even sit on them without falling through them. The garbage disposal was the only drawback, but they fixed it right away. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Condo was as pictured. It was very clean. Plenty of space to gather in the central living space. Kitchen had all the accoutrements. We never cooked a dinner but we did snacks and breakfast. Had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely to have coffee on each morning. The pool and hottub were fantastic. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The place is super convenient to stores. We had a car but did a few walks down to the fountain. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Owners had good information available in condo. We loved it and would stay again.

Walking distance to the heart of Fountain Hills

The accommodations were just what we needed for the two of us and for a brief visit by our son. The patio is comfortable and sheltered for outdoor dining and relaxing. The split master bathroom (one sink outside the shower & toilet area) worked well for getting ready in the morning. We used the full-sized kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The washer and dryer were very handy during our 11 day stay. Most of the neighboring units seemed empty, so we had no trouble finding a parking spot at the base of the stairs leading up to the unit. The location is great. A CVS pharmacy is across the street and a Basha's supermarket is a few blocks away. It's walking distance to Fountain Park. We enjoyed doing a loop that included a walk around the lake and the Fountain Lake Overlook Trail. We found a fun group to play pickleball with 1 mile away at the Fountain Hills High School courts. The owners quickly responded to our requests and refunded our damage deposit promptly. Thank you Janet & Troy! We would stay here again.

Perfect location

This stay was due to me having multiple testing at both Mayo Clinic facilities and this location was a perfect spot to stay with easy access to both locations and although the Phoenix location was about 30 minutes away it was a short ride and direct Hwy was easy to navigate. The condo was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Downtown Fountain Hills was a great place to visit with the park and shops close by. We enjoyed the Arboretum and Canyon Lake very much along with the many trails accessible. Would definitely visit this area again. It’s away from the hustle of Phoenix and a short distance to the many diverse shops and restaurants of Scottsdale. Janet and Troy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
