We are pleased to offer 'The Sea Horse'! This fabulous home features a spacious, open floor plan with room for the whole family - and even the furry family members! The grand room downstairs features an open kitchen and dining space with center island, and the living room with large windows that allow natural lighting. There are French doors that open up to the wonderful screened porch - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or cool drinks after a day at the beach! To compliment the outdoor space, there's a fenced yard that's perfect for the pup! The master bedroom (King bed) with en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom (Twin bed) and full bathroom complete the downstairs space. Upstairs is where you'll 2 more sleeping areas/bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over Full each). Clean, modern and comfortable, you're sure to love all that 'The Sea Horse' has to offer. From the beachy-chic decor and design, to the fully stocked kitchen and open spaces, there's nothing left undone. Come and see for yourself!

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: two pet max.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

Relaxing

The house was beautiful inside and out. Neighbors were so nice. It was a easy process to check in and out. fast replies when questions arose. House was nicely detailed and had 4 t.v's for convenience. Kitchen was fully supplied. The outside area with fire pit was great and worked great at night. The screened in porch was great for the kids to enjoy playing and relaxing on. The beds were beyond comfortable. Great location will definitely return again.

Nice but has a number of issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sea Horse is a very nice house although has a number of concerns. The first night was a disaster sleeping because the thermostat always move to a setting of 78 degrees. It was preset and difficult to use because of constantly changing. After reporting the issue the owner apparently has wireless setting program and set the thermostat to 72 degrees. The house was not clean, dog hair and dust found everywhere. The one smoke alarm started, without any smoke in the house. Was reset and soon started again. Disconnected battery and alerted the office. Was told that maintenance would check on it but no one came. The master bedroom has two windows without any coverings and morning sun was very bright in the early morning. The internet was very bad, we needed to reset modem often, the speed was very slow, dont expect stream movies, etc. We reported these items and was assured by the office that it will be resolved.The good parts are great driveway, great layout of the overall house, very nice amenities, lots of extras such as outdoor shower, hose, etc. The screened in large porch was great, washer/dryer, great seating area.
