Poorly managed, never even got to stay at this property!
This was our original booking made back in January but due to appalling customer services from Anna the Host who changed our booking at the last minute (she had also done this to another booking we had through her) we didn't even get to stay at this property. So my feedback is not really on the property it is about the terrible customer service that we had and the continual changing of our bookings by Anna. Anna changed 2 of our original bookings at the last minute and as we were travelling from NSW we couldn't do anything but accept being shifted to other properties, because we were a group of 7 travelling with dogs we needed somewhere pet friendly that could accomodate all of us, this wasn't going to be possible at the last minute. I think stayz should really look into who they have managing properties!
