A water dispenser is located inside the refrigerator. There is a double stainless steel sink with a disposal. A large quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with six padded bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals if so desired. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is just behind the kitchen.
