Great house, and as described

We had a great time at this house. It was well-appointed. The heated pool was terrific. The furnishings were of a better quality than a typical short-term rental. We liked the proximity to the highway, shopping, restaurants, downtown and the airport. Two great dog parks in the area as well as the nice walking path of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. The owner/manager was cordial and professional in all communication.Would definitely recommend and will keep this on my list of places to stay in the future.

Large home, great pool!

My extended family and I (12 total) stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and helpful although we didn't really need much but answered questions quickly. Pool was my favorite part, nights got a little chilly but pool water was always warm and enclosure helped it stay clean. Plenty of space to stretch out and lots of little extra like beach towels, cooler, extra blankets, air fryer. Close to shopping and main road to quickly get us on our way to beach and other attractions.

Great spot for our getaway!

The house and outdoor space are beautiful and very well maintained. Carlos and his son were great, responsive and friendly. The location was convenient to beaches, the airport and casino, we had a great time!

We rented this house to attend an event at Raymond James Stadium, it was conveniently located to both the stadium and the Tampa airport. There was also a Publix grocery store very close by. We stayed at the house 3 nights, it was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area. We would consider renting this house again if we return to the area.

Great family home in a great location

Our family felt at home during our vacation. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool area was great for the kids and lounging. The hosts were responsive. We definitely would return if we return to Tampa.

Lovely stay

We recently visited Tampa for a work conference and brought family along for a short vacation. The house was nice and our stay was lovely. Some small items could use attention (we had issues with the coffee maker and upstairs toilet) but the amenities made up for those.

Great place for a large group!

Very large home with plenty of beds for a large family or group of friends. We had 8 adults all in Tampa for a concert at the stadium. The huge outdoor area around the pool is a wonderful gathering place to relax and enjoy a drink.

Dragonboat team haven

Team was in town for the weekend to attend the dragonboat festival at Rocky Point. Nice roomy place with something for everyone. Easy to get to/from local places of interest. Gracious host welcome package was a nice touch.
