This beautiful 2 bedroom ranch home has a quiet, out-of-the-way location situated on little Oyster Bay. The views of the bay are beautiful and expansive with a long pier straight from the back deck. Its perfect for crabbing, kayaking & canoeing! An Unfettered View features all amenities including a private master suite with full bath, central air, all appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless internet service and a wonderful family room on the waterside of the home. Tastefully furnished and very accommodating, this is a great vacation spot! An Unfettered View is wheelchair accessible.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed the property. It feels very much like a quaint seaside cottage inside, right down to the pocket doors! The neighborhood is a bit removed from the main part of town, but was exceedingly quiet. Would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: First of all I want to thank the employees at the agency, particularly Lea, Charlie, and a woman I spoke to on 9/19/2022 about an error I had made in dates ( I apologize for not remembering the name - I was in panic mode). It was intended for me to have a friend for this stay but life happens and I ended up going solo. Having stayed at this rental before I was very comfortable knowing it was a very quiet and safe area. Everything was as stated it would be. A glitch in the WiFi my first day there was corrected the next morning. Charlie was very helpful and made sure I knew how the TVs worked before he left. I remembered him from 2 years ago - very polite and professional. The location is perfect too for walking. I walked everyday to the coffee shop on Maddox and even walked across town to the farmers market. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a quiet and secluded place away from people and noise, but I would definitely say that if someone just needs some time away alone, this would be the place to go.

Chincoteague Resort Vacations very very friendly, courteous and helpful during the booking and our entire stay. The house is beautiful! Gorgeous views of the bay! The inside was spotless when we arrived. Very nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this rental. Very easy access for handicapped individuals like me.

This is our third year in Chincoteague and our second at An Unfettered View. I love the location and the house. It's just right for two people. The kitchen is well stocked which makes it wonderful for me since I love to cook. The view is gorgeous and the deck is perfect for eating crabs, reading a book or just watching the sun rise (or set). The ramps are great and make it easy to bring our bikes to the porch or in the house. The only suggestion I have is that the master bedroom needs a new bed/mattress. The bed in that room moves whenever you sit on it and the mattress is very uncomfortable. My fiancé or I ending up sleeping on the sofa or reclining chair almost every night because the bed was so uncomfortable. With a new mattress this place will be perfect!
