Room for rent in townhouse, 4 miles to downtown Charlottesville

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish townhome with an experienced VRBO hostess. You would be sharing the home with the property managers and a traveling nurse. By the way, the home is located in Charlottesville, NOT Lake Monticello! The subdivision is somewhat new and I believe that GPS hasn’t caught up yet. Due to county restrictions I only host monthly reservations. 10 min drive to Monticello, Carter's mountain, 5th street station and hiking trails. There is also Charlottesville's Historic Downtown Mall, one of the longest pedestrian malls in the country, with 120 retail shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The home is a short drive to the University of Virginia and the top-rate UVA Medical Center. John Paul Jones Arena is also close by for live music and entertainment. There are numerous vineyards to enjoy.
