Enjoy all the comforts of our premium quality, fully equipped 4 bedrooms plus media room property.
This property features heated flooring, 3.5 bathrooms, a professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, large flat LCD TVs, private parking, a private hot tub and outdoor fireplace for exceptional outdoor living, and much much more.

Located within walking distance to the Whistler Village giving you both the conveniences of restaurants, shopping, and more at close range while enjoying the quiet and peaceful ambiance of this pristine property.

The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.

The next floor up is a semi-open concept living area and features a professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating. A dining room is situated off a second entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is centred on a wood-burning fireplace with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ and views of the Valley Trail and mountains.

The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has a 3-tier high bunk bed (single beds) plus a single bed (see pictures), and the third bedroom has a queen bed. A full shared bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

LOCATION
The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.
Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.
Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.
Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).
Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Great location and layout!

We would stay here again! Loved that it backed to the creek and there was a lot of sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Small thing but wish there was a make-up mirror under the sink in the primary. Property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Incredible House in a Prime Location

This house was perfect. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, and the beds were incredibly nice. The room with the bunk bed was very cool — that bunk bed is sturdy! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get the most out of their Whistler stay.

Amazing House

The property was just as great as we remembered from our stay a few years ago, but better in some ways, given the triple bunk room (our kids are ages 8-11 and they LOVED that setup). The house was super clean, had everything we could need, and we all enjoyed our stay.

We chose this unit for a family gathering and it was perfect! We had 6 adults and a 3 year old, there was plenty of room for everone to gather in small groups and large gatherings over dinner. The kitchen was so well stocked with a good grocery very close. We had a perfect reunion!

Whistler Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Whistler. The property was well-maintained and perfect for my family of 5. The view from the patios was beautiful. The kitchen was better stocked with dishes, tools, pots/pans than most houses we have rented. Loved it!

Whistler amazing

Whistler is a routine about two, three times a year. First time we decided on doing VRBO. Wow, we’re we amazed with this place. It just blew us away. Not only did it have all the comforts of home but much more. Along with us, our kids, and guests everyone walked away wanting to extend the trip. Greatly appreciate the stay and will be back soon!

This condo was perfect. We loved it.

The home is very modern with all the amenities you would want on vacation. Tons of dishes and cooking supplies. The bathrooms were large and clean. The whole place was really clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short drive to the main village. The only thing you have to be cautious of is it’s quiet time after 10. Which we didn’t mind but others that are there to party might want to make sure you read the details.

Excellent property and beautiful town. Most of the doors in the unit could use a bit of WD 40 to eliminate squeaks. We would have appreciated a couple TV channels as renters paying this price should be able to avail themselves to a news and sports (Wimbledon was on but TSN was not purchased) channel.

Gorgeous view

It was a great property. Nice to have snow right out the back door. Fireplace and heated floor in primary bathroom was awesome! Beautiful home! The only problem was the dishwasher was difficult for us to get running properly. The start button didn’t work well. But we had a great time!

Great house for summer teip

We had a fantastic time at the property. It was walking distance to the village and grocers. We had some rainy weather so even in summer enjoyed the fireplaces and hot tub. Our kids loved the triple bunk bed. All beds and couches were very comfortable. Wonderful luxuries such as in floor heating in the bathrooms and a steam shower. Highly recommended!!!

Really enjoyed this townhouse rental with all the amenities for our group of 10. The property has been maintained well. Remote check-in feature was great enabled us to go directly to property from our airport transfer from Vancouver. We had few minor issues but was promptly solved by management. Highly recommended!

Ideal for multiple parties

Three couples accommodated comfortably. Perfect place to gather before and after skiing on the slopes. If you don’t rent a car And don’t feel like walking 20 minutes, the taxi service or Whistle! ride share a good options. $8-10 to or from Whistler Village. This will bit definitely be our top pick when returning.
