Lead fun times

This location is very good for the northern part of Rapid City. Location is fun with all of the hills. Went into Deadwood, Spearfish, Sturgis. Then went to Custer State Park and Mt. Rushmore. This is a great part of our amazing nation.

This place was perfect for our stay in the Black Hills. It was comfortable and nice to be able to have a home away from home. When we arrived we had some concerns and contacted the Evolve team. At most I figured they would acknowledge the issue. Not only did the evolve team reach out, the owner called me directly and sent a gentleman out to take care of the issue. The person who came to take care of the issue, also contacted me as we were not at the property at the time with an update on progress and the issue was fully resolved. We came back to the sweetest fruit plate. None of that was expected but certainly kind. The point? The owner and staff really care about making your stay comfortable!

Nice place to stay for 2 if not spending a lot of time in the house

Bed comfy, grill worked nice, no dish washer or washer and dryer for dirty clothes when riding trails. There was no dish clothes for drying dishes just paper towels but we made do. Otherwise very clean space. Parking was small. If icy out roads are steep so if not prepared for that expect to slide. Price was right for this space.

Great place to stay while riding Mickelson trail

Property was advertised. Brandy was very quick to respond to an issue I had. A problem she tried to fix however when renters above the unit are disrespectful of other on property not much she could do.

Lovely apartment

This was a very clean place. Enjoyed the neighborhood and weather. Loved the fact that there was coffee and condiments available when checked in. The only negative thing I can say is they need to provide more wash cloths, but other than that it was a fantastic place to stay.

It was a good location we walked around met some of the neighbors got to hear more history firsthand from the people who lived in lead it would have been nice to have some chairs outside to sit on

BH Motorcycle trip

We had a very nice trip, location and amenities were accurate to the listing. The city of Lead has some very steep hills, it was a beautiful walk and a good workout for your lungs when you go back up the hills. I wish I would have look at the map on the site vs going off of google maps, I got a little turned around on the steep hills which was a little nerve wracking while hauling a trailer. One recommendation would be to offer more towels for the bathroom and a different shower rode. I was lucky to find a plastic curtain as the pretty one hanging was not equip to reflect water. For Bikers- there is a small cement area in the back driveway that we could park two motorcycles. I would recommend and stay again!
