This two-bedroom, two-bath villa offers direct Atlantic Ocean views overlooking the resort-style pool, delivering the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and classic Hilton Head coastal living.

The open living space is bright and inviting, with direct balcony access that showcases sweeping ocean and pool views—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with flat-screen TVs, and the dining area comfortably seats six. The updated kitchen is thoughtfully designed to accommodate everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals, making it easy to feel right at home during your stay.

The primary suite features a King bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in glass-enclosed shower. The guest bedroom includes a Full bed and a Twin bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and convenient access to a second full bathroom just outside the bedroom, complete with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The property was absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be better! We spent a ton of time at the beach and pool. The only drawback about being on the fifth floor was the elevator being out of service most of the time. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

The Condo was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. Our only issue was the fact that the elevator was down for the last 2 days of our visit. Climbing 5 flights of stairs wasn’t easy for four 70 somethings, especially when we were moving out our bags. The management company did send over someone to help after we were had nearly finished loading the car.

Condo was in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The view was beautiful and access to the pool and beach were great. However, the elevator was not working the entire four days we were there, and the unit is on the 5th floor!! We were told the morning of our arrival that the elevator was not working, but there was no further communication for the rest of our trip. It was extremely inconvenient and definitely uncomfortable in the extreme heat.

The photos of the listing don’t do justice to how pretty and big this condo really is. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out, yet enough seating in the living area and at the table for the many times we sat and talked. We appreciated the bikes and the beach chairs and other items in the closet as well as puzzles to do at nighttime. Thank you!!

We loved everything about this condo. We stay in Hilton head multiple times per year and have never rented the same place twice, but we would absolutely rent this beautiful condo again. The grounds were immaculate, gorgeous pool and hot tub, the entire place was quiet and we never heard any noise from neighbors. The view from the balcony is amazing and the beach is just far enough from Coligny entrance that it wasn’t crowded at all, and we stayed over Memorial Day, so that’s saying something. The condo had everything we could need and the elevators were fast, parking plentiful. After so many trips to the island, I’d consider us pretty savvy and we are also very picky. We can’t say a bad thing about this place. Can’t wait to come back!

This location is prefect for family as everyone can walk/bike to nearby shop and restaurants. If you want to run, you can go miles outward on paved sidewalk

Family Trip to HHI

The condo was very clean and it was very convenient to the beach. The host had thought of a lot of essentials to get you by until you make it to the store. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Can’t beat a vacation at the beach

Had a great week+ at Shorewood Villas on the top floor. 2 couples fit very nicely with separate bathrooms each. The extras were a nice touch - 4 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and TVs with cable were all great. The internet there was fast and solid. Parking was easy, and the walk to Cologne on the beach was easy.
