Under 5 min drive to Avoca Beach (5 minutes to Copacabana, 10 to Terrigal & 25 to Ettalong Ferry Terminal to Palm Beach) .
There are 7 (8) bedrooms, sleeping 18-20 (22 including Little Billy's available upon request).
5 (6) x King Beds, 1 x double and 2 x triple bunks plus basic double sofa bed sleeps additional two if necessary in northern living area (to accommodate 20).
5 (6) bathrooms, 2 (3) kitchens, 3 (4) indoor living areas, 3 undercover outdoor seating areas, 2 outdoor seating areas with cantilever umbrellas and off street parking for 7 plus cars.
(Little Billy's is available upon request allowing for 8 bedrooms, an additional bathroom, living and kitchen with internal connectivity to the rest of the home and private external access. Perfect for the generationally or situationally distinct single or couple within a larger group).

Family get away

We had an amazing time here. The house was perfect for our needs and family. 4 families - 19 in total. 8 parents and the children were 10 boys (aged between 18-30 )and 1 girl (aged 26). The layout of the house gave everyone their space. It was a short walk down to the beach, a climb back up but so worth it. Plenty to see and do in the area. We would recommend it to others and will also be back in the future.

A fantastic family gathering

We had a fantastic time at this high quality property. It was every thing we had desired as to size and facilities and location.

Your host

Billy's is owned by Lin, our family matriarch.
Lin is an Avoca Local having grown up in Sydney. Pre pandemic Lin travelled whenever possible.
Lin enjoys collecting art and curiosities from far and wide.
A family celebration for 22 on the far side of the world became the founding inspiration for Billy's.

Why they chose this property

The home has been progressively renovated over the past 3 years in order to create a destination our own family and wider friends would like to visit to relax, celebrate, reconnect & recoup.
Our own adventures to find such a place, where we would leave with great memories and relations intact is what informed the offering that is Billy's.
We hope others follow suit.
