We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. The home we rented was exactly what was described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk and enjoyed the area. We would stay again, great rental.
If you are looking for relaxation and to be able to unwind this is the place for you. We had a great time!!..The hot tub area is just right after a nice dinner , and there is the cutest little pond and dock to sit out at as well...

The location was great! Very close to downtown!
Fernando the manager was very easy to get ahold of and answered questions quickly. The manager even offered that we could check out Kate if needed. The house is quite large and has everything anyone would need in a vacation home.Very pleased with everything.
We had a nice stay in this remodeled house in San Antonio. They are redoing the neighborhood so don’t be fooled by the neighborhood. The house was spacious with room for our whole family. A quick drive to grocery stores, gas station, the riverwalk, and the Alamo. Great communication and easy check in. I love how they remodeled but kept the charm of an old house and incorporated some local art.
Cute house, and good location to the convention center
We needed a place to stay while we were at a local event, and this house was a good place to be! There were no issues with neighboring houses, and while there is a train station nearby it largely did not disturb us. There was only one minor issue with the home and that was the amount of flies and gnats that got inside every time we opened the door. Otherwise, this was a pleasant experience and I’d recommend this house again!
The property was on a quiet street in a good location to the River Walk/Downtown area. There were train tracks near, that may be an issue for others, but we didn’t mind it at all. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well and we appreciated that. The rental is super cute, but not perfect, it’s an old house (which I adore). It was very spacious and tons of room for guests. The host was available and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you stay for NYE, you can literally sit on the back porch and enjoy the fireworks without the hassle of traffic.
We had a nice stay at this San Antonio property. The communication with the property manager was great. He texted me the day before and day of our arrival with the check-in instructions. The home is located about a mile and a half from the Alamodome, so we were able to walk there and back because the weather was nice. There was enough space in the house for our family to spread out and relax. We did have concerns that the sheets on one of the beds may not have been fully clean, so we swapped those out with an available spare set as a precaution. Also, some of the windows could potentially be sealed better to reduce outside noise and airflow. Overall, we were satisfied with our decision to stay at this property.

Hi Dre, we're so sorry that you were unable to enjoy this lovely home! After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We mistakenly failed to ensure that the A/C was on before your check-in. The home would have taken just a few hours to cool down, but we support your decision not to stay. We responded promptly and worked to issue you your refund as soon as possible.- We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and have never had similar feedback that the home is misrepresented. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve. We’d love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star travel experience, so please keep us in mind for your future travels in San Antonio.
We came to San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl. We wanted to be close to downtown and the stadium, but we didn’t want to spend too much. This property fit the bill. It is in an older neighborhood near the railroad tracks, but neither of those things were an issue. The house has been updated but a lot of the original character remains which makes the interior quaint and cozy. The exterior could use some work- but don’t let that deter you. The proximity to downtown and access to the Riverwalk was outstanding for the price. Our host contact was very easy to communicate with- always responding to texts within minutes- though we really didn’t have any issues, just a question about parking. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in San Antonio.

The hosts were very responsive to any issues
This was not our most favorite place to stay in San Antonio, though the hosts definitely were responsive and did everything they could to help out whenever we had an issue. We brought our dogs, and when we first got there, the yard was not kept up and they immediately came out to clean it up to make it more friendly to our dogs. There were some issues with the kitchen, not being as clean as you would expect, but I think they were really trying hard and I am guessing they have probably addressed these issues because they were very responsive and friendly hosts. It is not in a very walkable neighborhood, but you can tell the neighborhood is starting to gentrify And it seems to be getting there. The patio was very nice and if the yard is kept up, it is a good location for pets.
The home is spacious with a big yard, the entire yard is fenced in and is perfect for pets. It is located in the Lavaca neighborhood, which is an older neighborhood near Southtown. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with in a mile. My favorite area for the family was Yanaguana Garden at Cesar Chavez Blvd and Alamo, there are several restaurants within a park that has a great playground for kids.
The property is also close to the Riverwalk but not walkable, I would recommend to take an Uber/Lyft or drive and park at the La Quinta Inn at 303 Blum St. They will sell you a day pass for around $20, it is gated and has an attendant.
The host Fred, was also great very attentive and responsive. He messaged just to ensure check in went smoothly.
The property is older and has a lot of charm it has many original fixtures and has finishes to maintain the vintage feel. It is also near train tracks, which you can hear but did not bother me or my family. This was our first trip to San Antonio but we have already found our spot to stay.
Cute house - clean, quiet neighborhood, and everything you need.
No problems!

Great weekend getaway
The house is beautiful! The kitchen sink had food all in it and the master bed had hair all over the sheet but I let the property manager know and they were very apologetic. The house was beautiful and matched the listing. Bring pillows blankets and wash cloths just a suggestion.
