Lovedale Escape Large family 5 bedroom home with pool, playground, pets welcome

The accommodation is a large 5-bedroom home with 3 newly renovated bathrooms 2 living areas one with large screen Tv, other with bookshelf full of books, games and puzzles. Large dining table, a games room with Tv and pool table. A full gourmet kitchen, and an outside screened dining area with BBQ large outdoor table and outdoor lounge.

The master King Suite has a newly renovated ensuite.
All living areas and one bedroom are located downstairs.
The home offers ducted air conditioning, full kitchen with new appliances, laundry, 2 TV'S and internet.

Our property offers shady gardens featuring an avenue of mature Magnolia trees, a sparkling Inground pool, private playground with cubby house and huge trampoline. Fully fenced yard so parents can relax.
We also have a home gym, dart board/ arcade machine 5000 games / variety of games garage.

As a guest you will have access to the whole 5-bedroom house, pool and 5 acres.
There are 2 large storage sheds which guest don’t have access to , but please enjoy a stroll around.
You can say hi to our 3 beautiful Alpaca's Vinnie and Prince and Raffles

We are also lucky enough to have Rover coaches pick up and drop off for lots of different local events and concerts at our Gateway.
Such an easy stress-free form of transportation.
Can highly recommend them.

In Bedroom 4, we have a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top. This is not two separate beds.
And a single trundle bed.

Exceptional home and location. It was everything we could have wished for . Our family of six stayed for a weekend stay and the place was everything in the description and more. My 3 year old grandson is still asking to go back , the cubby house gave him hours of entertainment and he now wants his own alpacas after delighting in feeding them every morning. The home and grounds are amazingly large and clean the pool was awesome for the hot days and the host Mardi-Jane was a delight to communicate with. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely love to stay again.

Amazing friends getaway

This property was an amazing getaway location for the vineyards. We had 7 guests on a girls trip and had an awesome time. The house was amazing, clean and had all the amenities we needed! Whether your trip be couples, families or friends; this rental is very highly recommended. We look forward to visiting again, especially in the warmer months so we can make use of the beautiful pool . The owner was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Extremely happy 😊

What a beautiful home/property, we spent 3 nights here and made lovely memories. We spent hours in the pool and enjoyed the alpacas coming right up to the fence while we swam, the massive cubby house and swing set was also utilised and again visits from the alpacas while we played there. The enclosed/ outdoor dining area was perfect and so spacious for us to enjoy meals. Everything you need is provided, the how the have really made this a beautiful place to escape, thank you

Mardi's house is absolutely amazing! I booked the house for my Nan's birthday and it was perfect for our family. The kids loved the park, the footy field, the alpacas and the pool. They were entertained all weekend and had such a great time. The house was so clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool and the beautiful garden under the trees. It was also so great that we were able to bring our dogs with us and that the yard was fully fenced. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property, we will definitely be back.

Amazing space to relax in the Hunter Valley

Our family group of teenagers / parents / grandparents had a wonderfully relaxing few days here. The house is spacious, well designed, and very well appointed with many lovely little touches like extra books, games and outdoor toys. Our teenagers loved the pool table and played many games. We all loved the alpacas, and getting to feed them was a special experience. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Very highly recommended.

Lovely house In Hunter Valley

It was a lovely house we had for new years eve . Very clean and seemed like it has just been refurbished. The pool was great and has some comfy sunbaking beds which was a bonus . The pool was little dirty - had litte bugs and grass from jumping in and out of the pool. It was a lovely catch up with family for 3 nights. Thank you Mardi-Jane for a nice home. Perfect and spotless

All 11 of us — three families with children aged 4-15 plus two furbabies — absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was always something for the kids to do (cubby, pool, pool table, sports field, alpaca-feeding) and for the adults to relax in. We loved that there was a large fully fenced area for our dogs to explore without running away! The highlight of our stay was the prepared firepit where the kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows on it. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place was perfect and spotless. Thank you, Mardi! We will definitely come back!

Hands down BEST property we’ve stayed in. Very clean. Complimentary local wine. Owners are great and reply promptly. We’re a large family, with many different age groups. Every one was happy. Children didn’t touch their devices. There was food for the alpacas. Playground, cubby house, pool, footy field and pool table kept the children and adults busy. Lastly, sturdy and comfortable beds to sink into at the end of long days. We were reluctant to leave.

Fantastic family house

We had a great time here as a multi-generational family group. The young children played non stop in the playground and cubby house, plenty of space for adults to relax.
