The view was amazing! Lots of extra amenities that are not listed. Appliances were great and updated! Lots to offer on the T.V. as well. Wish there had been a coffee table or other table for games and puzzles that they had.

Exactly as listed. Beach view was great! Kitchen very well equipped. The room needs some minor maintenance like replace lightbulbs and use different cleaning supplies for floor and tub because both were super slippery.

Great view of the water

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the water view. The location of the resort/beach was on the quieter side of the island which we appreciated. The condo had everything that you needed. We loved the proximity to Savannah. Great vacation!

Perfect!!

It was wonderful. The view was amazing, with dolphins playing in the water everyday. Just the right size for 3 of us. We had everything we needed there to cook meals.

Tybee getaway

This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we loved it. The unit was just as listed. The unit is small, but enough room for my husband and myself. We stayed toward the end of March, and the weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked, we didn't use the pool. The beach is very nice for evening walks. We loved seeing the dolphins right from the balcony.

Small but enough for 4 with great views of the bay

Plenty of kitchen items; great views; met wonderful other patrons that really made it so enjoyable. Didn’t find out till 2nd day that there was an elevator at the other end of bldg but could have been in info somewhere but we didn’t remember 🤣. Our 3 yr old granddaughter had a spectacular time learning to swim, watching the ships coming and going and walking the quiet beach. Very relaxing

Just what we needed…

Small but perfect for a 4-day getaway. Bed was a bit lumpy but our 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river, dolphins and beautiful sunsets more than made up for it - we spent most if our time out there! And loved the location because we were on the less windy river side yet still could see the curve heading out to the Atlantic. It was very peaceful. Heard NO sound from the adjacent units even though they were booked as well. Thank you!

Nice Property

Very nice, great beach access. All you could possibly need in the unit. Could live without the cats and raccoons the woman on the ground floor saw fit to feed, if that is a complaint? Also, maybe include in the check in literature there are quarters needed for the laundry so bring/acquire on your own. Otherwise, what a friendly place to visit starting with the guys we met working on the offices there on 80 when we first arrived. We'll be back!!

The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. There was a used/dirty washcloth on the shower rod still and a lot of hairs in the shower. Some of the glasses were dirty. And upon arrival, walking on the floor barefoot made the bottoms of our feet black and had a good bit of dirt that stuck to them

Robbed on the last day!!

Not as clean or "up to date" as we had hoped. The View is Amazing and the distance to the beach and pool was Great. Rather noisy at times. On our last day - after being at the beach all day - came back to your place and found that my Diamond Wedding ring was gone and a few hundred dollars in cash was missing as well. Searched Everywhere several times with nothing to be found!! Very very Upset and Disapointed!!!

The space is really nice and had a beautiful view. It was what I expected and it was nice to be so close to the beach. There is a coffee shop, pizza place, bar and grill, and a few little art shops within walking distance which we loved. My only real complaint is that the tub faucet is so hard to turn off. It doesn't look like it's installed quite right - the handle appears to be starting to come off. It felt like we were going to break it every time we turned the water off.
