This sweet cottage was clean, easy to park and centrally located to explore the giant redwoods. A big plus was the home interior that was filled with beautiful vintage rattan furniture including a modern kitchen and bathroom. We will return.
Very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Very charming place. Agreed with prior review that it would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels. Would stay again if we would be in the area.
House was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Close to many places such as downtown Eureka restaurants, redwood forests, beaches and trails. Neighborhood was quiet.
The house vas very charming. We enjoyed our stay so nice to come home to such a charming home after long days of site seeing. Only wish the yard was better kept
Stayed four nights. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Nice shower in upgraded bath. . Recommend.
What an adorable home! After camping for three days, we arrived in Eureka and were delighted to find this charming place waiting for us. The house is incredibly cute, filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The decor is fantastic, adding a cozy and welcoming vibe. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Eureka.
Bright, roomy, comfy cottage for a couple with a crawling infant and a grandma. Nicely updated bathroom and well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were also appreciated. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck while letting our little one safely explore.
Nice place we had trouble with the key and the inside bathroom doorknob needs to be fixed

Beautiful property. It was very clean and had all the kitchen items we needed for the days we were there. Especially enjoyed the nice back porch. My suggestion would be to add some hooks in bathroom for towels and other items. Also the old doorknobs were beautiful but we not easy to open and close. Thanks!

Conveniently Located Colorful and Clean Get-Away
Great!! Host very attentive on phone and close by to help if needed. LOVED all the antique style lamps, dressers, beds, stools and colorful red theme in living room.Kitchen nicely equipped -so many wine glasses and cleaning supplies. Even a power converter in bedroom for those traveling from overseas. Nice to see that on this end!Sad that there are so many cars parked along the streets, including right in front. Parking was not desirable. At least the cars across the street looked newer so we felt fairly safe.
Great Property! Just enough of everything to make for a great stay! Loved the deck and outdoor space...everything was as stated....great location with quiet neighborhood! (Except for neighbors dogs if got close to fence which couldn't be helped) :) only suggestion would be to replace antique door handle on bathroom and the light switch has an issue in bathroom also. Very minimal issue that you wont know unless we tell you! It was a great stay and when return would rebook if available! Love the house!!@
Our family enjoyed the property. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The furniture is beautiful, not very comfortable. We used it anyway. This may annoy some but there was a wonderful spider enjoying its life in a live plant. I was happy to see it. The washer and dryer were an asset to us. Our hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. Neighbors were quiet and our stay exceeded our expectations of the area.
