The name says it all! PierView 308 offers stunning views of the Atlantic and is located just south of Jennette's Pier in Nags Head. This 2-bedroom condo is a top-floor end unit for more privacy and the best possible view. Don't worry about the climb - use the building elevator during your stay, which will make unpacking luggage and groceries hassle-free. The living area leads out to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch the sunrise, listen to the waves crash, and enjoy the ocean breeze. This oceanfront condominium provides guests with direct access to the beach, as well as a community pool. Family-friendly features include a kiddie pool and playground.

PierView Oceanfront Condos are situated at milepost 17 near Whalebone Junction, a unique location where you can easily head south towards Hatteras, over the bridge to Roanoke Island, or north to a variety of shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.

Condo was very clean, views were amazing! 4 flights of stairs to climb was a lot!! And getting to ocean through parking lot, playground, up and down more steps and climbing over a dune was A LOT!!

Great stay

Location is everything. This is a quiet location on one of the best beaches. The beach/ocean view from the balcony is great for bird and dolphin watching.

The property is in need of updating. Railings are loose, tubs don't drain, elevator doesn't work. The location was great but the of elevator was an issue.

Outdated and way overpriced

Upon arrival, entry code did not work. This happened several times. Advertised as including WiFi, but it was out. We were not notified prior to arrival. We called management and were told Spectrum would not be out until our checkout date. Peoperty not cleaned well. Horribly out of date and worn down. Formica countertops with gouges, popcorn ceilings, dirty grout in ancient tile floors in bath. Basically like a rundown Motel 6, just bigger. Bring coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. You are provided one roll of TP on the roller in each bathroom. One of these other items..No suggestions for restaurants or activities in the Outer Banks is provided either. One positive was the oceanfront location and balcony. But hasn't been updated since it was built.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on your stay. We will look at the lock to see what the trouble may have been. As for the wifi, unfortunately, that had been knocked out by a storm and while the network specific to this condo was not working, you were provided with alternate networks to try to connect to. The home is as pictured with the counters and ceilings. We do let you know ahead of time what is provided in the home and that there will just be a starter set of paper products and you have to provide for the rest of your stay.

Great location

Overall, great location with being on the ocean and near all amenities. Unit had everything we needed. No problems. Only feedback - the unit could use some updates. Sliding doors took some effort to open, flooring has seen better days, bathrooms looked like rentals.
