Great cabin for a weekend getaway. Adequate space for cooking, sleeping, and hanging out. Easy access to the campground and resort facilities. Would definitely stay again.
Cabin was clean, cute and cozy. We had great communication with the property manager, and a great weekend for a little family getaway. Will probably be back with more family and friends in the future.
Had a brilliant time reconnecting with nature and the fall colors as we stayed at this cabin. Enjoyed the many amenities that were made available. Also, felt like being transported back to the Wild West with the little village that was just a short walk away. Great stay and would recommend for a getaway.
VERY close to downtown Frankenmuth (4-5 min. drive). Very spacious and nicely decorated for Holidays! Adult daughter left her purse behind on accident and Dave the host was EXTREMELY helpful in getting it back.
Family and friends came to ride the Silverlake Sand Dunes.

Perfect
We are a family of 5, 3 college aged children. Perfect space for family time with plenty of room to spread out to. Loved the set up, extremely clean and convenient. Had everything we could possibly need. Loved the decor and setting, the whole property was great. Only wish we could stay longer!Thank you!
Check in was very simple, cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The property was definitely outdated compared to the online pictures, and the resort down the road from where our cabin was at was very disappointing. None of the restaurants there where open and just seemed like a ghost town. But if you are willing to travel 15min. Away to the next town with lots to do then it was a good place to stay at
The cabin was clean, comfortable and super cute. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture and linens were very good quality. This was a perfect space for our multigenerational family to stay when in town for a wedding in nearby New Era. It was also convenient for short trips to Silver Lake and Duck Lake State Park between the festivities. We appreciated the detailed directions for finding the cabin and the coded entry was very convenient for our group. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!
A family emergency came up and Vicki, the property manager, was so great to work with. She was able to accommodate an adjustment in our schedule and communication was such a breeze via text. The cabin itself was well maintained and so cozy....our little home away from home. Rustic setting right by a wooded area. Peaceful and quiet at night. I will definitely consider another stay maybe in the fall time to enjoy the fall colors. All in all a great little stay. Oh, and parking was right outside the front door. A lovely little cabin with homey charm.
The cabin was clean. Very nice dishware and plenty of dishes and cookware. We brought night lights for my elderly mother to have safety in the dark, being in the woods made it comfortably dark for most. The mattresses were not up to my current quality, but were sufficient. The linens were nice and extra available. Towels were newer and plush. The toaster only had one side that was fully functioning...but we made due. The pot holes on the dirt road could use some frequent attention. Overall... this is a place I intend to revisit, I have family in Rothbury. My mention of the less than perfect content does not reflect on the overall satisfaction [it was only to disclose for consideration for improvements]... it's worth the visit. Double JJ Ranch is a good resort.
The cabin was beautiful and the access to the indoor water park was a huge it for everyone. We went on the sand dunes and to Lake Michigan and the drive to both were pretty quick.
Beautiful cabin perfect for family or friends. Very nice amenities and community. My boyfriends shopping for land so we can build a house similar to this awesome cabin.
