This modern and spacious five-bedroom beach house is ideally situated near the renowned Sands golf course, offering you a luxurious and relaxing escape with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Step into this near new home and experience the ultimate in comfort with the expansive open plan living area which flows effortlessly into a beautifully designed undercover outdoor entertaining space. Here, you can fire up the BBQ, gather around the stylish dining setting, and enjoy al fresco meals or simply relax in the fresh air while taking in the serene surroundings.
The beach house features three well appointed bathrooms, including two bedrooms with their own private ensuites. With sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, including a queen bed, two bunk beds with double beds, and two additional queen beds, this property is perfect for large families or two families staying together.
The single story layout is thoughtfully designed for ease of access, especially for families with young children or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.
Outside, the property boasts off street parking for two cars, making it easy and convenient to come and go as you please. Ducted refrigerated air conditioning and heating are throughout the house. While we do not allow pets and wifi is not available, the stunning local area and plentiful amenities ensure you’ll have a fantastic stay.
Family bookings are preferred. The beach house is available all year round for holiday and leisure rental, as well as off peak corporate short term leases
