Direct and gorgeous beach view from the unit! Sleeps up to 10.
Update 7/14/25 - Everything is up and running other than the units garage space. Currently, a maximum of 6 guests allowed, due to only one parking space allowed at this time.
At this time, ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT PER RESERVATION!
This stunningly remodeled 3-bedroom 3rd floor condo at Ram Sea #2 has 2 baths, a one car garage in the parking structure under the building, is directly on North Reddington Beach, and has absolutely stunning views of the beach on the private balcony! Ram Sea is located in the quaint little town of North Redington Beach which is centrally located between Pinellas County's award-winning Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. Ram Sea's included amenities include a heated beachside pool and a Jacuzzi spa, beach volleyball, tiki huts, and built-in gas barbeque grills to grill your dinner while watching the beautiful sunset! There are Beach concessions that offer cabanas, beach umbrellas, jet skis, sea kayaks, paddleboards, and more, which are not included with the rental. A separate building, Sam Rea #1 is in the process of exterior renovations, which is the building next door, however the renovations should not affect your stay.
The unit has a highchair and pack-n-play for families to use, as well as beach toys for the kids, a cooler, some beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. There is a regular coffee maker, as well as a kuerig style coffee maker, to get you going in the morning! Sorry, no smoking inside the unit is allowed, and no pets allowed. The rental will be supplied with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, laundry/dishwasher pod, and it is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the duration of your stay. We can only provide 2 parking spots, one would be in the garage, and the other space is in the lot.
Ram Sea instituted a *Wristband Program* for summer holiday periods. The Wristband Program will be in effect over the 3 summer holidays. Wristbands TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE POOL must be worn on the following days for each holiday period in 2024, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 8 WRISTBANDS SUPPLIED FOR EACH UNIT:
Memorial Day – May 24, 25, 26 and wristbands to be returned at check out on May 27
June 29 through July 6 and wristbands to be returned at check out on July 7
Labor Day – August 30, 31, September 1, 2 and wristbands to be returned at check out on September 3
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
