Cozy Pines cabin was the perfect landing spot for my college-age daughter and me for a long weekend getaway! We fully enjoyed our time on Madeline Island, and the cabin had everything we needed. Mornings included amazing lake views out the spacious windows, and experiencing the sunsets on the dock was spectacular! Great communication with the host. Would love to be back for another stay someday.

Nice place to stay at.
The start was a little rough, management people were out sick, so the house wasn't open for us as indicated it would be and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. the neighbor saw us trying to find a unlocked door and told us where the office was. There were people on site att the office that gave us a key, and were very apologetic and indicated how short staffed they were due to people being out sick. They were confident the place was cleaned w/fresh linnens, it was not. Just as I was about to call them, they called me and said a cleaning lady was on her way to clean and changed they linnens. They again apologized for the mixup and offered to pay for dinner. -- It ultimately worked out just fine. The house is lovely, we brought food and the kitchen was stocked w/utensils, dishes, cookware. we were never lacking anything and enjoyed our stay. my only suggestion is to put a new shower head in the shower, I'm a shorter person, the angle was pretty off and wasn't adjustable. overall we liked it and would recommend. I believe the rought start was not something they have happen often if at all.
