Nice Condo, spacious. Just two requests first, either provide coffee filters or have a Keurig instead of a coffee maker. We had to run out and buy a huge package of coffee filters for just 6 days. We also bought pans as the ones in the condo should be replaced. Other than that, we had a great time. Any leftover food can be taken to the fire dept across the street. They were so happy to have it!

Weekend stay

The location and amenities of the property were good. The property however was not properly cleaned there was so much dust on one of the ceiling room fans and the baseboard and floors in the first bedroom were full of dust. Better cleaning needs to be required there was a dirty pot in the oven of the kit hen stove and almost all the silverware were dirty. Overall ok but definitely should have been cleaner.

Great location and Accommodations

Overall this place was great and pretty close to what was listed. The location was perfect for going to the water park and beach. The unit has been newly renovated in the recent past and has nice finishes and plenty of seating. Our only issue was the sheets in one of the bedrooms were filthy and had clearly not been washed (crumbs, hair, etc.) We ended up having to stay up late the first night to clean them. Luckily the washer and dryer are in good shape. Other than that I’d recommend.

Spacious condo; excellent for families

We (4 adults & 2 young children) enjoyed the amenities offered at Harbourside Condomiums. The unit itself was well laid out and quite spacious. Linens and starter supplies were plentiful; bathroom towels looked new and were plush. I was however disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the Unit and thought the marketing of it as “completely remodeled” was not accurate IMO. Pots & pans quite old and need replacing. Same with utensils. All tables and leather seating had to be wiped down in order to use it without getting your clothes stuck to the seats. Kitchen sink, faucet, drain/garbage disposal are old and have hard water crust around various elements. I purchased cleanser and rubber gloves and went to work scrubbing the entire kitchen the best I could. Lastly, I’m guessing the furnace/air filters haven’t been changed in many months as there was black dust on the floors (the floors otherwise were very nice!) and baseboards. We vacuumed every morning and mopped most evenings, but the black dust would just accumulate again. All of us took to wearing black socks when inside in order to keep the bottoms of our feet clean. Oh and the place was in need of new pillows for the beautiful leather sectional as well as new throw blankets for cooler evenings watching TV. For very little money, the 3 totally disgusting, threadbare area rugs should be replaced. IMO whatever the owners are paying to have the unit cleaned is too much! We loved our stay and would do so again, if clean.❤️

Fun family location

Overall we loved staying here! The waterpark was so much fun for my kids and we loved being so close to the beach. Space was this was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. There were just a few things that kept this from being 5 stars. Communication was kind of hard. I’m used to communicating with rentals through the actual vrbo app but they wanted communication through their rental property management. This made the process a lot slower. I had asked if there would be a pack and play. Took a couple days to answer but finally both the owners and rental company said no. Totally ok and we decided to rent one. We spent $100 to rent one and when we got there we found a pack and play stored in the closet. Kind of frustrating that they didn’t know they had one and we spent money we didn’t need to. The main tv also did not work. They had other TVs but still it was annoying. There was a washer and dryer but not detergent offered. You cant buy travel detergent so this was annoying as well. Though the washer was pretty moldy and gross so maybe a blessing there was no detergent so my clothes didn’t get grosser by being washed in it. The hand soap option was pretty terrible too (if it was even hand soap it just said cleaning bar and was a very small disc shape) Honestly I’d stay here again and just lower my expectations next time about what to bring with me.

Great location and very nice condo. We would stay there again. There were a few minor issues- TV and ceiling fan remote controls did not all work. The microwave door handle was broken on arrival. The toaster needs replacing.

I loved there was a small water park with a bar and lazy river downstairs. Fun for the kids and the adults. Walk across the street and your at the beach. In between you have a handful of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. Plenty to do without driving if you didn't want to that day

Great vacation

We stayed for a week early March. Beautiful place Water park was great Wonderful restaurant and bar connected Clean Fully equipped kitchen Comfortable beds We areived at 0330 and Room key was not in lock box so we could not get into room until sunrise. We finally called the emergency number amd were in the condo in 15 minutes Will return next year 😀

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location but the complex and unit had many issues, which I will list below:Complex Issues:1. Only 1 (very show & hot) elevator to get to the 7th floor. It got very crowded, creating long delays.2. The only include 1 parking spot for 10 person unit under the garage. The other parking space was a long walk on the other side of the water park.3. The pool was not available until 6:00 without purchasing water park passes.Here are the issues with the unit itself:1. Very dirty. We ended up using clorox wipes to clean all surfaces. Our feet were black after walking on the tile & carpet without shoes.2. The unit overall was very poorly maintained. I will go into this in greater detail below.3. The refrigerator took almost 24 hours to cool and never went below 40 degrees.4. The showers had very little water pressure.5. The shower sliding door was difficult to move because it was off track.6. The bathroom door lock did not work so kids were constantly coming in at bad times.7. The unit only included 4 water park passes for a 10 person unit requiring us to pay $88.00 for the additional passes daily.8. The carpets were separating in several areas.9. The couches and chairs were in very poor condition and stained/dirty.10. The beds were uncomfortable. 11. The towels were stained.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will first say the rental location was great and the waterpark access was a perk. But unfortunately everything else was pretty disappointing. The property was relatively dirty when we arrived. Food stains on the tile floor, crumbs in the living area and under the coffee table, and an empty condom wrapper sticking out from under the night stand. The baseboards and walls also had random stains and dried on substances.Nearly all the upholstery in the living room was worn and stained. The condo was also very warm and the sign posted to not turn AC below 72 was disappointing. Had trouble sleeping it was so warm in the unit. The water pressure was terrible. The cold water in one of the bathrooms was a mere trickle. We all ended up sharing the larger bathroom for showering because the water pressure in the other bathroom was too weak to rinse out shampoo etc.The sheets were like sandpaper and combined with the constant warm temp in the condo it was just a very uncomfortable experience. I also called the property rental company before arrival and asked if beach chairs, cooler and wagon were available as the original listing said they were. Whoever I spoke with told me those things were no longer available so we rented them and had them delivered. Only to find when we arrived all those items were in fact at the condo in a storage closet so we wasted money on rentals. However, we were there for the beach and it was gorgeous. The location was perfect.Everything else truly failed to meet our expectations. Would not recommend or choose to stay in the property again unfortunately.

Loved this condo, view, location & water park. Great restaurants near by. Friendly staff at the property! The upholstery on all furniture was very dirty. The master bedroom mattress NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! The masters bedroom closet was full of “junk”. Couldn’t even hang clothes in it. Master bedroom TV would not shut off. A/C was not working properly. Said it was 72, but was actually 76
