Good location, overall a nice place. Would recommend getting some more coffee mugs (only 3) and steak knives (only 1!). Beds are very firm and so noisy! My wife and I slept in separate rooms because we were afraid of waking each other up when we rolled over. The place was generally clean.

The location was great, but needed some TLC. The mattress was like sleeping on a box spring and anytime you slightly moved it creeked. Shower had mold in it and towels were super thin and rough.Comfy, quite bed, clean shower and upgraded towels and my rating would have been higher.

House and location were good. Pillows were very flat and recommend replacing with larger and fuller ones. Beds were very firm. Kitchen was stocked well and enjoyed our short stay.

Solid stay. Listing is accurate, great location, good price, property had everything necessary for a good stay, and in working order. Most importantly kept us warm and cozy during a frigid weekend. Only knock were beds and seating. Beds are very firm, and not great. Would suggest at least a nice mattress topper. And main living area could use more seating than a love seat and papasan.

Skiing at Cooper

Solid stay in Leadville at a great price. Everything worked as it should and the house worked out perfectly for my wife, kids, and parents. It’s not luxury by any means. but worked great for our family. Tracy was also able to accommodate us for arrival as our arrival time to the area had changed a bit. Would recommend for anyone skiing at Cooper👍

Great Location for Leadville Trail 100 MTB

This place was not fancy, but was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Adequate kitchen and supplies. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage and our 2 cars in the driveway which was great. It was a super easy drive to the grocery store, restaurants, bike shop, and race expo/check-in, etc. Would DEFINITELY book again! It was awesome to be able to ride to the race start in the morning, one of our guys actually showed up at the start and forgot his camelbak, and I had plenty of time to ride back to the house and get it

Property only had 1 knife that was a steak knife. Property had open electric wires in garage. Why is there a couch in the kitchen? No bake pans. Piles of recycling left in garage( I like to recycle) just take it out. And the smallest TV ever ! Property was clean and did accommodate our family. Driveway was cleaned as it snow 3 of 5 nights, much appreciated. Property was close to town so that good.

Perfect location, charming cottage

This house is exactly what my husband and I needed, lots of extra linens, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, fully stocked kitchen, everything we needed. The master bed could be replaced, but other than that everything was perfect.
