Welcome to the Overlook Unit, a thoughtfully designed second floor retreat offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and natural beauty. Completed in 2022, this apartment features fully equipped amenities and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The space includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. Please note that the unite is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. (The sleeper sofa can only accommodate one adult or one child)

What truly sets this property apart is the breathtaking waterfall just steps away. Wake up to the peaceful sound of cascading water, sip your morning coffee while "overlooking" the falls, and unwind in the evening surrounded by the serenity of nature.

The unit was very clear, location was ideal a few minutes from downtown Watkins Glen but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It had everything we needed for our race weekend. My family loved the coffee shop out front, and being able to walk to the Hungry Bird for lunch was very convenient.

Close to everything

The apartment has plenty of room and has everything a renter would need to be comfortable. A full-size fridge is provided which is perfect for those who plan on cooking some meals at home. The deck is beautiful and the sound of the water falls provides a nice backdrop when sitting out and enjoying the scenery. I would definitely rent this space again when in the area.

Very Nice Place

This is a very clean and modern place. Everything was in working order and pleasant.The waterfall was oversold. It cannot be seen from the apartment because of overgrown trees. You have to go to a picnic table and lean over to see it. It is nice, but not visible.

Watkins Glen area stay

Brittany’s property was very newly renovated. It’s was immaculate both inside and out. Very quiet and safe neighborhood My husband and I were lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the falls running. The property did not have central air but the portable air conditioners did a great job cooling all the rooms down Since I am a real coffee snob, I appreciated the French press in the kitchen

This property is run and maintained locally by myself and my husband, Adam. We both grew up in the area and could not be happier to call this our home. We travel quite a bit ourselves and use our experience to make our property the best for our guests.

Our favorite place to be is at our home on Seneca Lake. In our spare time we love to do projects at our home and properties and walk our dog, Millie on some of the beautiful trails our area.
