This newly updated & renovated 3-level Lake Forest Villa condo provides exclusive access to on-site amenities (pool, saunas, tennis courts) through the private community. Ideal for a mid-size family or a small group of friends, with easy access to outdoor adventure, shops and restaurants.
The space:
The main living space is warm and inviting with new hardwood floors, vaulted beamed ceilings, and comfortable seating. A working wood fireplace has a gorgeous stone feature that becomes the focal point of the living room and sets the stage for a cosy ambiance in any season. Relax on the couch and turn on the smart TV to continue your favourite series or enjoy a movie together. The living room has a sliding glass door that provides access to the balcony outfitted with patio furniture, a bird feeder and most importantly...a beautiful view.

Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of appliances and all the kitchenware you may need to whip up one of your signature dishes! A toaster, drip coffee maker, and blender are also available for your convenience.

The staircase off the living room will lead you to the trendy loft upstairs that is ideal as an additional bedroom with its own ensuite 3 piece bathroom .

Additionally the lower level has two roomy bedrooms, a full bathroom equipped with a bath shower combo, and a washer and dryer closet as well.

PARKING: One numbered parking space is allocated to each unit in the vicinity of the entry way for the exclusive use of the owners of that unit or their assignees. Unassigned (i.e. un-numbered) parking spaces may be used on a first come basis. NOISE AND SAFETY: Loud noises of any nature, which can disturb owners or tenants in their units forbidden from 10:00 PM-8:00AM. No air rifles, air pistols, target pistols or BB guns may be used within the confines of the property. RECREATION AREAS: Rules and hours of operation as determined by the Board of Directors for the Club House, saunas, swimming pools, and tennis courts, are posted and must be observed by owners, tenants and their guests. Failure to observe the rules may result in expulsion from the facilities, fines and suspension from use privileges.

Successful visit

The property was lovely but a little small for 4 adults and 2 small children. We may have felt that because we didn’t go out for the whole day. Would have liked 6 dining chairs as bringing chairs in and out from the veranda annoying. Also needs a replenish of some bowls and cutlery. Being able to self cater a real bonus. Having access to the pool was wonderful. Overall a fun experience

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

The condo was perfect for our family to enjoy Lake Tahoe! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location too! Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway for skiers

This condo was very comfortable and the extras made our stay here very enjoyable. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. The little extras like spices, coffee and hot chocolate made this condo truly feel like a home away from home. The loft had its own bathroom and gave my teenage son the privacy he craves. We were there for a large snowstorm and the whole complex was plowed timely. It’s very close to Tahoe City with its great restaurants. Highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house with lovely hosts

Not only was the property cozy, cute, and well-maintained, but Dana and Randy were very responsive and helpful hosts. The place is in a great location, close to Tahoe City, which makes it easy to access. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
