We are older gentlemen, and we needed the hot tub to work because we played a lot of golf and this is very therapeutic. From day one it did not work and our host kept saying that it would get fixed and it never did. I would like some sort of refund for this. It was very frustrating.

The silver ware was rusted.need more chairs in living area, couch was not comfortable for everyone. Need more patio furniture with better quality. The water was not drinkable Otherwise it’s a very nice rental

Pros and Cons. Cost V.S. Reality.

The property as a whole was beautiful beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the master bath shower was in operable due to scale within the shower head. The guest bathroom shower was also showing signs of scale blockage thus leading to poor water pressure. The tap water throughout the entire house had an extremely high salt content making it non drinkable and we were barely able to shower with it. The shower water was salty enough to burn our eyes a bit. But still a beautiful property on a canal.

However, the issues you mentioned regarding the shower heads and water quality are not typical. The water pressure and quality are regularly monitored, and we have not received prior reports of salt content being an issue. No Coffee pot

We were concerned about type of coffee pot, as we love our coffee.. Pot was broken, took five before getting a replacement. We were not happy. Further there was no ice . The house did not have a welecome box with soap, detergent washer dryer soaps. Had to ask again on day 5. For the price of accommodations, should have been flawless Not sure if we would use Roelens Vacations again
