Meticulously cared for two-story condo with bedrooms located on the second floor both with private baths and sliders leading to a spacious screened porch. First floor offers an open concept kitchen that flows into the living room/dining room area that leads to a second screened porch - a perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. Full-size washer/dryer and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. This condo has recently been freshly painted and furnished with all new modern coastal furniture! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King Bed & 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs, WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.
Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, and a large landscaping project. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!
