Amazing Property!
The house and property are fantastic! We loved the view, crabbing from the dock, and (massive) private pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, though a few things should be improved. Communication with the vacation rental company was challenging; no replies to our calls/messages until we expressed frustration. Also, the house is poorly stocked: no pool towels(we came from CA and did not think to bring them), and the kitchen equipment is rudimentary at best( no whisk, dry measuring cups, etc.) We were excited to use the fire pit and searched the entire house for a lighter/matches, with no success. We found the home to be fairly clean, but the cobwebs and moldy ice dispenser on the refrigerator put us off. (the management company offered to send over a cleaner, but we declined.) The Wi-Fi is mediocre at best; chances are that this is due to the semi-remote location of the home. All in all, a wonderful trip, but we expected better service + amenities (towels/supplies/better cooking equipment, maybe a welcome card/gift?) for the price, especially considering that the owners use a management company.

Beautiful home and setting
We loved our stay at the Oak Hill property on Snug Harbor. The home is as beautifully designed and clean as it appears in the photos. It's also generously appointed and does not feel like a rental property. The setting is peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife and privacy at the pool. The only negative is the spotty Wifi. We hope to be back next Summer!

Clean and neat house
Neat and clean house at a fairly convenient location. Very quiet neighborhood and has beautiful surroundings. The management team was very responsive, Thank you, Liz. The only issue I have was AC. It's a little bit hot in the house as the AC couldn't cool the entire house down as expected. Overall, we had a great time there. Thank you! Jin
