In a village surrounded by woods and vineyards, we have renovated the old stable and its adjoining house, facing south. This 150m² habitable 'coucoute' stands on 2 levels, within an old farmhouse dating from 1770. You will find the Bordeaux -Sauveterre cycle path at 100m, Saint Emilion at 15 km and Bordeaux at 35 km. Between gastronomy, walks, heritage and of course the pleasure of wine, activities abound.

On arrival, 2 shaded parking spaces are available. The gîte is accessible and fitted out for disabled people (concrete walkways, widened doorways, walk-in shower ...). Outside, you have a closed and private garden of 400M², a terrace with barbecue and large garden furniture.

On the ground floor, a first 'Marine' bedroom with a 140X190 bed with a French window onto the garden. Adjoining this bedroom is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. The kitchen - dining room is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, double sink, double dishes). The 45m² living room includes a TV lounge area with 2 sofas including a convertible and an original stone fireplace.

Upstairs, a first 'Nature' bedroom with a bed (website hidden) that originally kept a stone sink, a chimney jamb and a creeping ceiling with exposed beams, for a return to the time. A second 'Romantic' bedroom, also under crawling and exposed stones, includes 2 beds of 90X190. Finally a spacious shower room with 140X80 cabin, double sinks and WC.

At your disposal a travel cot, a bicycle storage room and WiFi access. Price from 550 €, possibility of weekends out of season.
