Kay is a wonderful host and is quick to communicate!! The home was comfortable, clean and had a great location. We traveled to Albuquerque for the balloon fiesta and had a fabulous time. The home is located just a few miles from the fiesta, so you could see the balloons from the house. It was conveniently located nearby restaurants, shopping and the fiesta. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great stay! Great location and home had all amenities we needed. Clean upon arrival. Could have used information about check out information at home. Communication with hist via text worked well.

Balloon Fiesta!!!!!

House was great location to see balloons every morning!! House great with a few quirks, facets are backwards and main tub has to be filled with shower nozzle. Clean location.

nice place with all amenities

Place was nice and well furnished. The master bathroom tub was missing the fixtures so couldn't use it and the shower did not have curtains/door so the water prayed out. I'm sure Karen will take care of them before the next guests arrive. Other than that, everything was nice and very homely.
