Driveway to off street parking was a major safety hazard, requiring us to park on busy main road, even property manager said that they won’t use the driveway as you only have to be off centre a tiny bit and you go off the edge of driveway (when she came out to the property to fix tv) accommodation maybe ground floor but access is very limited if you have any mobility issues, I found it very difficult
Upon arriving the outside was covered in cigarette butts, a Butter knife and rubbish
House was freezing, ducted heating didn’t work, we plugged in portable electric heaters and it tripped the power, had to go back up hazardous driveway to mainroad to upstairs apartment landing to access switchboard, obviously a known issue with property as they had a note on the fridge saying not to plug too many things in as it will Trip the power, we had only plugged in a small heater in 2 of the bedrooms and one in lounge due to being so cold and it tripped out, nothing else was being used at the time (found note after power tripped out) the kitchen bench tops had cooked rice around canisters, as did the garbage bin inserts, lounge suites had filthy stains on them, my friends bed had a tampon wrapper at the bottom of it, beds had no pillow protectors and one bed had no mattress protector, ants in middle bedroom with child waking up with ants on on them, tv didn’t work, someone came out the second day and took half an hour to get it working (we appreciated that)
Myself and/or my family members stay away from home at least fortnightly and have never had any issues with cleanliness until this one!!!!!
