Overall the house was nice. However, the hot tub was very dirty, patio and outdoor furniture could be cleaned, the kitchen refrigerator didn’t work, one bedrooonly had a queen(listed as a king) and a few handles on the cabinets were broke. We asked for early check in a year in advance, but wasn’t told yes or no until we arrived at the normal check in time. Asked for late check out and felt I was nagging the company over an hour difference.

Our stay at Oasis house was great for the most part. The location is terrific with beautiful streets to walk on and walk to beach was nice. We loved the area. This house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated with everything we needed. The outdoor space was terrific with beautiful deck and seating, a gazebo seating area with propane fire place and also a wood fire pit with lots of chairs. You would need to bring your own wood and lighter. The back yard is completely fenced in which was great to be able to relax and not worry about our dog getting out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the gazebo area. We even had a few baby bunnies visit us. The only drawbacks were the refrigerator/freezer didn’t work properly and definitely should be replaced. We had a couple electrical issues (breakers) the night we arrived which the Del Mar employees responded to in a timely manner when we reported it the next morning. We would definitely recommend this home due to cleanliness, location, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again as I’m confident the owners will correct the refrigerator issue.

Loved this property! It was roomy, within walking distance of the beach, the backyard was amazing, and provided easy access to shops. The Del Mar staff was very responsive when a few minor issues came up. If you’re looking for a place that hosts a large family this is the one!

This house was amazing, as nice as the pictures. It was clean, it had lots of family space and lots of kitchen equipment. My family wants to go back next year, which is high praise because I have some picky people in the family.

Comfortable spacious fun home

This was a great house for our 4 person work retreat - plenty of room to house us in comfort, nice neighborhood for walks during breaks, good kitchen so we coudl easily cook onsite. A bit of pet hair lurking (which was not a big problem), and an oddly wired gas fireplace that popped on and off randomly were the only (minor) issues. It poured rain for our whole stay so we didn't get a chance to experience the outdoors - too bad, as the patio, firepit, hottub all look great!
