SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.
PAYMENTS: A 2.02% surcharge will apply to credit card payments.

Sleeps 6 people. Villa 23 is in a handy location, it's just a short stroll to the northern car parking area at Tangalooma, with the beach right across the grass.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset views and afternoon drinks from the deck downstairs or upstairs. There’s plenty of room out the front for the kids to play!
The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

• Kitchen with microwave, 4 burner stove top (no oven), fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans
• Two bedrooms and bunk area upstairs
• Master bedroom with king size bed and balcony
• Second bedroom with two lower single beds
• Bunk area in the upstairs alcove
• One bathroom
• Two toilets
• Linen is not included in the rental. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed sheets and towels, or hire linen for a fee of $50.00 per person, which includes sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.

Decent beachfront stay

The villa is clean and decent. The third bedroom is based in the hallway with tiny bunk beds only suitable for very young children. You have to pay extra for linen which is an expensive hidden cost. Apart from that the views are amazing. The villa is comfortable and the owner is very responsive - a good stay overall

Good stay needs some maintenance

Stay was excellent howerer the shower screen needs fixing as it doesn’t close, toilet runs, cold tap falls off in shower, screen door downstairs is catching on the track. Just a few maintenance things but otherwise an amazing stay and great place.

Beach Holiday

Great location and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, the villa was not very clean lots of dust. Mould is on all the curtains, lamp shades and around the shower base. Sliding doors come off the tracks when opening and the appliances are very old. Don’t waste your money on linen, the towels provided are old, stained and thin.Feedback was provided back to owners before leaving a review; however the email was ignored.

Beautiful villa. Great location. Everything you need in the villa. Well decorated . Heaps of space . Will definately go back again. We had a few minor problems on the villa and the staff were very responsive and rectified the issues promptly. Loved having a washing machine too. Less washing when we got home.

Morton Island stay

Once arriving on Island after a lovely ferry ride, located accommodation and checked it. As soon as we settled into accommodation, a large party started next door, including up to 20 young adults, spearing and smashing of glass all night, and us fearing for our lives, Partying continued until early hours in the morning resulting in smashing of windows and serious cuts and major bleeding from one of the neighbours arms Very seriously arguments Overall very disappointing, from such a lovely place

Not happy

Very poor communication . No air conditioning, the week was very hot so air con is essential. Bags from Villa on last day were not picked up so not on launch back to Brisbane.

maybe in future you should check if air con is an inclusion, as not all properties do have air con installed, no poor communication our end as all considering as of 6th january 2025 we started to send all your check in emails and text messages, and how can you justify a 2 star review because of your own lack of communication and checking what you where booking, and adding about your luggage which has nothing to do with MIAS or the actual property or property booking, happy to not see you again.
