Relaxed Old School Family Friendly Holiday

This is our Hampton-inspired beach house, which we designed to holiday the old-fashioned way! We made sure not to forget a few creature comforts, while you relax and enjoy your beach getaway!

You’ll just love the position of the property, being only 400 meters from the beach, while all the local shops, cafes, and pubs are still close!
We like to call this home spaced over two different levels. Each level of the home offers air conditioning, so you can personalize each space depending on your temperature preferences. Inside you’ll find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which includes the ensuite to the master bedroom.

When you’re not at the beach, you’ll be living in the open plan living room of this property, which offers a large dining table, a bookcase filled with books and board games, plenty of lounge seating along with a 70” Smart TV with Netflix and unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound bar when movie night calls!

This room flows out onto a large deck where you’ll find the outdoor BBQ. This spacious yet private area allows you to overlook the newly designed large backyard, with plenty of room for a game of cricket or for the kids to play. You’ll find it so easy to make yourself at home here roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire if you’re visiting during the cooler months. Pick a lime off the trees for a sundowner cocktail, and don’t forget to make use of the outdoor shower after a great day at the beach.

Additional extras we’ve provided to bring a little comfort to your stay include a king-size bed to the master retreat and a large rain shower head in the ensuite bathroom – feel free to spoil yourself with this one. You’ll find award-winning Emma mattresses in bedrooms 1, 2, and 3, while bedroom 4 has the double bunk beds we all know the kids love. All bedrooms have fans and fly screens, and you’ll find security screens on the front bedroom windows – trust us you’ll love the ocean breezes and listening to the waves at night when these are left open!

We’ve worked hard to cover the bases in the well-equipped kitchen, by providing a large family-size fridge and small appliances including the kettle, toaster, stovetop coffee pot, microwave, air fryer, blender, and rice cooker. There’s plenty of space in the large pantry, and we’re happy to say you’ll find a front-loader washing machine and additional bar fridge in the laundry.

We’re not encouraging this…but you will find a dedicated work from home desk with a monitor, and a second smart TV if you simply have to grind out a few hard-working hours during your stay. We’ve also provided a pull-out sofa bed in this area, that is suitable for a child if needed. Bonus - the lounge in the main living area becomes a sofa bed if required too!

Our beautiful beachside town really does speak for itself, we just want to add the cherry on top of the cake by making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible!

PLEASE NOTE: We include all linen and essentials.
We allow small dogs only unless agreed at the time of booking. The yard is fully fenced. Pets must not be allowed on furniture and sleep on the beds. bowls & pet bedding are provided. Please also pick up after them.
